Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Comply all legal requirements of Department of Environment
  • Implementation of buyers CoC on Environmental & Chemical Management. for H&M, C&A, Aldi, LIDL, Asmara, KIABI, Target, ZARA.
  • Implement Chemical Management i.e. Detox, ZDHC, ZLD, BCMP Guideline, Clean Chain, RSL & MRSL;
  • Responsible for HIGG FEM 3.0 (Environmental Sustainability);
  • Comply the LEED certification requirements
  • Monitoring of onsite environmental parameters i.e. air quality, water quality and noise level as per standard;
  • Regular monitoring of ETP ( Physico-Chemical followed biological treatment) to comply discharge of waste water according to the ZDHC and DoE guideline;
  • Regular follow-up and maintain chemical inventory & waste inventory and conduct training on chemical user.
  • Risk assessment and eliminate the severity of risk;
  • Monitoring regular health checkup for employees and try to find occupational illness of employees;
  • Organize management review meeting on internal audit findings;
  • Provide Monthly EMS & OHS report to GM (Compliance) and others as necessary;
  • Green factory initiatives, Waste management, energy saving plan, rain water harvesting initiatives, ETP outlet water reuse and recycling on process.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in Environmental Science from any recognized university.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 7 years practical experiences in the field of compliance.
