Assistant Manager, HR & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to execute overall Admin/ HR & Compliance activities
  • Assist management for effective execution of administrative functions of the Office
  • Assist conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
  • Coordinate completely in recruitment process.
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
  • Look after & relation development with local administration & others corporate affairs.
  • Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
  • Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
  • Monitor & supervise payroll and HRIS activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
  • Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
  • Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
  • Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
  • Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
  • Provide day to day advice and consultation to top management, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 28 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
