Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to execute overall Admin/ HR & Compliance activities
- Assist management for effective execution of administrative functions of the Office
- Assist conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
- Coordinate completely in recruitment process.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
- Look after & relation development with local administration & others corporate affairs.
- Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
- Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
- Monitor & supervise payroll and HRIS activities.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
- To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
- Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
- Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
- Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
- Provide day to day advice and consultation to top management, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
