Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The job holder is responsible to manage and supervise four field staff who will implement the programme in the field in consultation with the Project Manager as per Project Proposal and agreement with the donor. The job holder will direct and ensure the project is moving step by step achieving the goals.
  • The specific expectations from the post but not limited to:
  • The job holder is responsible to deliver programme in the field as per programme design and development.
  • She will be responsible of conducting surveys in her respective field areas.
  • Develop the field programme planning and execute it as per agreed plan.
  • Supervise and monitor the programme activities of respective field staff
  • Maintain good relationship with the community, local duty bearers, government officials, project participants and beneficiaries.
  • Conduct regular programme monitoring.
  • Supervise and implementation of the programmes activities as planned so that project heads to the right direction and produce results.
  • Discuss field information with the Programme Manager on a regular basis.
  • Develop new ideas to review and modify the existing project activities.
  • Write initial draft field report.
  • Assist Project Manager and Project Officer in preparing periodic reports.
  • Good command on English writing and speaking.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Social Science (MSS) in or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
