Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Taking full responsibility of HR and Administration of the SBU
  • Ensure HR issues - Plan, develop, recruit, train, maintain and lead a team- which also includes policies and procedures.
  • Plan and organize administrative activities, establish procedure, practice and work methods to increase work effectiveness & efficiency.
  • Control and supervise the entire logistic support of day to day operation.
  • Monitor & follow up proper management , maintenance of company assets, equipment, vehicle, security and safety factors of the respective SBU..

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in HRM or Masters in any discipline with PGDHRM from any reputed institution.
  • LLB, DSCM will be added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in the similar track wherein at least 3 years in the similar position in any reputed organisation.
  • Matured & self motivated man, well aware of modern HR practices.
  • Strong leadership quality with effective & strategic influential capabilities.
