Roles & Responsibilities:
- To develops structure and policy related to human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and many more
- Will be required to build HR manual from scratch
- Conduct recruitment:job description, job posting, interview, test, and select employees
- Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, promotions, performance reviews, terminations and maintain employee statistics.
- Coordinate management training to build a friendly workplace.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Administer benefits programs such as life, health, and insurance, pension, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Build employee retention programs
- Build structure to maintain employee discipline in all branches overseeing from head office
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
