Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To develops structure and policy related to human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and many more
  • Will be required to build HR manual from scratch
  • Conduct recruitment:job description, job posting, interview, test, and select employees
  • Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, promotions, performance reviews, terminations and maintain employee statistics.
  • Coordinate management training to build a friendly workplace.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administer benefits programs such as life, health, and insurance, pension, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Build employee retention programs
  • Build structure to maintain employee discipline in all branches overseeing from head office

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)
