Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage exhibition plan , operation and operating budgets.
- Develop and implement short/long term strategic exhibition marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve companys sales target and objectives for both products & services.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, social media and direct mail.
- Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners
- Guide in preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to top management.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all Expatiation, promotional materials, and events.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Represent company at trade association, dealers sales meetings/conferences to promote product.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units closely and effectively monitor sales peoples activities, collections, aging etc. vigilantly.
- Assist other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Direct project research and development.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
