Assistant Manager/ Manager - Cargo Sales & Reservation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to achieve the annual revenue target and to implement the cargo business plan according to HQ directives specified KPI
  • Oversee and determine key performance indicators, team learning and development
  • Develop and monitor sales action plans to ensure sales strategies are properly implemented across the markets and expected results are reached
  • Collect and analyze data on products and competitors in the market to define the best approach to increase market share and visibility
  • Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure building of strong relationships with long term direction
  • Assist in preparation of station revenue budget by analyzing flight frequencies, capacities, aircraft type, market trends, opportunities and forecast
  • Evaluate target-achievement variance in a set periodical manner and provide feedback to the management, recommend strategies and action plans based on historical data and market intelligence
  • Establish and manage relationships with agents, key industry and trade partners and associations so that company interests are well preserved.
  • Lead the team to provide professional sales, customer service in all customer touch points.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
