Sales Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Explain about company details with nature of work (Who we are and what we do) as a wholesaler.
  • Bring new agents and corporate clients with KPI target
  • Follow up with agents time to time as per business meetings.
  • Update about tasks (Bangkok and Bangladesh team members) in Skype group daily basis
  • Reporting (Summery) about weekly sales and business plan by email to Chairman, Director of Sales and Head of product (Every Thursday evening)
  • Weekly meeting (Every Saturday Morning) with Director of sales and Head of product by Skype conference call to be discussed about weekly sales & plan
  • Preparing tourist information
  • Producing promotional material and provide valued partners on time (Followed by product department)
  • Making product presentations for clients
  • Liaising local business partners and client
  • Market research.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation/ Masters from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year(s) working experience in Travel Agency
  • At least 1 year experience in the travel industry and Tourism
  • Must have knowledge of at least 10 International airlines and their hubs
  • Strong knowledge of computer software( MA Office, Internet)
