Area Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the DIVISION/Regional as set by the management.
  • Responsible to set up modern and effective marketing & sales strategy for the development of existing sales volume.
  • Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales target & explore a new market.
  • Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
  • Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales.
  • Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
  • Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
  • Ensure products availability.
  • Insure Dealer and retails Stock available.
  • New Dealer , Retails make.
  • Provide feedback and market information.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must be Smart and hard worker
  • Computer knowledge is essential
  • Good command in English.
