Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the DIVISION/Regional as set by the management.
- Responsible to set up modern and effective marketing & sales strategy for the development of existing sales volume.
- Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales target & explore a new market.
- Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
- Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales.
- Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
- Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
- Ensure products availability.
- Insure Dealer and retails Stock available.
- New Dealer , Retails make.
- Provide feedback and market information.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Must be Smart and hard worker
- Computer knowledge is essential
- Good command in English.
