Roles & Responsibilities:
- Look after total business operation.
- Develop objectives, strategies and policies for the business.
- Total operations, business planning, budget development and expenditures toward achievement of objectives.
- Plan and set the marketing and sales direction and strategy.
- Present a yearly budget for board approval and prudently manage resources within those budget guidelines.
- Market know how and competitors analysis for brand positioning.
- Negotiation with the business principal, price strategy setting and ultimate price fixation for the retail market.
- After sales team activity follow up and guideline.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Research and develop new clients in the local market.
- Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required.
- Coordination among others department like Production, Technical, Distribution, Logistic, Supply chain & others.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (from Public University) with MBA degree.
Work Experience:
- 12 to 15 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years experience with 3 to 4 years as Head of Business.
- Experienced in relevant industry.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
