Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Look after total business operation.
  • Develop objectives, strategies and policies for the business.
  • Total operations, business planning, budget development and expenditures toward achievement of objectives.
  • Plan and set the marketing and sales direction and strategy.
  • Present a yearly budget for board approval and prudently manage resources within those budget guidelines.
  • Market know how and competitors analysis for brand positioning.
  • Negotiation with the business principal, price strategy setting and ultimate price fixation for the retail market.
  • After sales team activity follow up and guideline.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Research and develop new clients in the local market.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required.
  • Coordination among others department like Production, Technical, Distribution, Logistic, Supply chain & others.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (from Public University) with MBA degree.

Work Experience:

  • 12 to 15 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years experience with 3 to 4 years as Head of Business.
  • Experienced in relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong Business Sense.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation.
