Roles & Responsibilities:
- To guide and sales function of the Electrical business to achieve the financial budget and ensure continuous growth.
- To manage sales including preparing of area wise sales target, formulating incentive for field force, expense monitoring, setting tour programs.
- To plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objectives.
- To ensure daily primary and secondary sales and forward it to sales admin at Head office.
- To develop a strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets in the electrical sector and reduce credit note and overdue up-to-zero level.
- To maintain 15 days stock at distributor point for all items. In case of the stock going below this level, he should inform the supervisor.
- Ensuring efficient and effective credit management to maximize business results.
- To manage efficient operation to ensure width and depth coverage across the given area by supporting the assigned Distributor and dealers.
- To maintain a strong team approach within the team member of Electrical Business.
- To focus on promotion and branding activities.
- To regularly visit external customers i.e. distributors and all level of customers to get regular and situation oriented support.
- To ensure after sales services as per company policy.
- To keep up to date information of competitors’ products and ensure liaison with customers.
- Gather market data, understand industry trends, and accumulate in-depth product knowledge.
- Forward product requisition to head office 7 days before the date of delivery.
- Inform customers of trade activities in a timely manner.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 02 to 05 years’ experience in the suspensory role in Sales Management in the Electrical Industry
- Leadership quality
- Analytical knowledge
