Roles & Responsibilities:
- Setting head wise sales target & activate planning to achieve. Set-up dealer target in each territory & achieve from each individual sales executive.
- Develop sales promotional plan considering market requirement. Plan and execute the mason seminar properly.
- Ensure product coverage plan to increase product visibility & coverage in existing and new areas.
- Provide monthly sales forecasting for product availability & production planning. Plan for yearly sales planning for future growth.
- Plan for Sales call development for better output. Plan for People development, market development.
- Have to prepare sales budget, and all sales and marketing and activities planning.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA & MBA in Business Administration with good academic record from any Reputed University.
- Skills Required: Distribution/ Supply Chain Management,Advertising & Promotion,Customer Support/ Client Service,Corporate Marketing
Work Experience:
- 5 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in Ready-Mix and Concrete Products unit.
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
