Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company products
- Reached the targets and goals set for Mention area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and Mention team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet dead line.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Good speaking and typing knowledge in both English & Bengali.
- Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word,
- MS Excel, Power point, & MS Access & E-Mail, Internet Browsing and maintain
