Area Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Marketing, sales, distributions, Collections and Promotional activities as per company policy.
  • To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities.
  • To expand the business by creating strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationship with the potential dealers, individual farmers, farm project managers etc.
  • To motivate and supervise the Territory Officers or Sales Persons in his territory
  • Setting the target and manage dealers to achieve sales target.
  • Observe competitors activities and take necessary strategies accordingly.
  • To Increase the unit/item wise product sales.
  • To able to work independently to achieve the target in the assign territory.
  • To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
  • Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline (preferable in Marketing) from any reputed university
  • Working experience in the Aqua Culture related sector will get priority.
  • Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate in job related fields
  • Having professional degree will be highly welcomed.
  • Skills Required: Sales Management & Marketing

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Experiences in the following area(s) : Animal Husbandry, Fisheries will be an added advantage
  • Primary Knowledge on Computer Literacy (Microsoft office software packages)
  • Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali
  • Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
  • Must be pleasant & good team player.
  • Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
