Roles & Responsibilities:
- Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
- Attend daily customers and report to close leads.
- Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts
- Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
- To convince the clients, finalize booking, agreements and ensure timely payment of receivables (collections).
- Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
- Achieve the set sales target and set new target as well.
- To monitor market trends, potential projects and competitor activity and report to close leads..
- Exploit tactics to enhance sales and increase revenue.
- Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Follow up on Collections as per related sales
- Submit data and management report on time.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/ M.Com/ BBA/ B.Com/ BA
Work Experience:
- 6 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Should have working experience in a Real Estate/Housing company in a similar position at least for five years.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with qualities of a team player
- Innovative and solution orientation thinking & delivery
