Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintaining staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Managing budgets
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Inspecting the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays
- Keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors/ Masters/ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in Multinational FMCG and 2 Years Experience in handling Modern Trade Beauty Advisers from any FMCG company. Candidates who worked in personal care industry will get preferences.
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Extensive roaming and travelling required
