Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintaining staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Managing budgets
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Overseeing pricing and stock control
  • Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Preparing promotional materials and displays
  • Inspecting the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors/ Masters/ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience in Multinational FMCG and 2 Years Experience in handling Modern Trade Beauty Advisers from any FMCG company. Candidates who worked in personal care industry will get preferences.
  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Extensive roaming and travelling required
