Roles & Responsibilities:
- Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Collect intelligent report and recommend list of firms for enlistment.
- Arrange meeting and prepare MOM.
- Manage suppliers and finalize as enlisted suppliers with confirmation letter.
- Monitor and coordinate HR issues.
- Look after general administration.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Masters from any reputed university.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age at least 33 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Project Management experience.
- Good Interpersonal Skill.
- Experience in supervising others.
- Should possess strong analytical skills. Must be well conversant with government rules.
- Experienced in preparation of Deed, Document, and Agreement for the charitable organization.
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
- High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
