Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
- Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO)
- Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
- Manage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
- Ensure perfect and fast implementation of companys activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
- Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality Control issues
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from any discipline
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
- Ownership; make decisions, is accountable
- Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
- Strong motivation to build a career in sales
- Good knowledge of MS office package
