Territory Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
  • Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO)
  • Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
  • Manage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure perfect and fast implementation of companys activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
  • Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality Control issues

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation from any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
  • Ownership; make decisions, is accountable
  • Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales
  • Good knowledge of MS office package
