Deputy Manager/ Manager - Sales & Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales team and focus on daily peak hour and off peak hour sales targets
  • Increase per minute rate of advertisement and maintain smooth coordination with corporate clients for proactive sales
  • Reduce bonus time from total advertisement hours to increase revenue
  • Collect sales outstanding from all clients and keep credit limit ensuring minimum credit deviation as per approval
  • Research to find out market insights, develop new program and event ideas, coordinate and collaborate with program department to materialize program as per market demand
  • Perform active role to create new revenue streams and TRP (Television Rating Point) growth
  • Ensure regular customer visits such as: routine visit, on call visit, marketing visit, etc. in order to manage customer interaction

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing from reputed university

Work Experience:

  • 6 to 8 year(s)
