Accounts and Admin Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the appropriate planning of the project expenditure in line with budget
  • Support all the project accounts to make sure the financial management systems are followed
  • Maintain effective coordination and communication with all project accountants and provide support for building their capacity
  • Ensure positing of financial transactions of the all project in the Tally software
  • Manage all day to day accounts of the core project
  • Ensure all project accounts and documents are maintained in an appropriate manner
  • Ensure bank transactions following the standard procedures
  • Support program team for smooth operation of program activities
  • Ensure effective procurement system according to organizational policies
  • Ensure effective inventory system and prepare report according to the need of the management
  • Ensure effective internal control system within the organization
  • Prepare project financial report or consolidated financial report
  • Lead to conduct asset verifications and prepare asset verification reports for the management
  • Ensure effective asset management (including repair and maintenance)
  • Managing logistics and HR documents in an appropriate manner
  • Support to provide information for internal and external financial monitoring/audit

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters of Commerce (Accounting is preferred)

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS word, Excel and Tally
  • Inter personal skill and having capacity of coaching and mentoring
  • Willing to travel frequently in different project areas
