- The purchase officer carries out the purchases for the programs and structure for his/her assigned base.
- He/she is one of the guarantors for implementing and respecting Solidarités International purchase procedures.
- He/she is responsible for filing and archiving logistics documents linked to purchases.
- Main tasks:
- Knowledge and monitoring of the market:
- Implementation of purchasing process
- Reporting/Capitalization
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Interest in and enthusiasm for learning & not afraid of working hard to complete task
- Good communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency on local language is an added value
