Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The purchase officer carries out the purchases for the programs and structure for his/her assigned base.
  • He/she is one of the guarantors for implementing and respecting Solidarités International purchase procedures.
  • He/she is responsible for filing and archiving logistics documents linked to purchases.
  • Main tasks:
  • Knowledge and monitoring of the market:
  • Implementation of purchasing process
  • Reporting/Capitalization

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Interest in and enthusiasm for learning & not afraid of working hard to complete task
  • Good communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency on local language is an added value
