Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process including CV sorting, interview arrangement and others
  • Follow HR policies and practices
  • Organize and maintain employee/ personnel records, Update internal databases
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
  • Maintain payroll information as required.
  • HR related Bills & Vouchers Process and forward.
  • Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ org. related to companys business.
  • Ensure, develop and maintain employees/ officers health-hygiene, safety & welfare issues.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Work Experience:

  • At most 1 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 25 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
