Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execution of companys administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
- Ensuring salaries and benefit issue legally and on time
- Handling grievance and conflict management.
- Managing welfare and IR issues.
- Managing health, safety, security, and environment issues in the factory.
- Organizing training / awareness programme on a regular basis.
- Managing counseling & motivational tools in the workplace.
- Keeping the factory ready for Buyers audit as per their COC.
- Maintaining liaison with Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, etc.
- Maintaining liaison with local govt. offices (Industrial Police, RAB, Local police station, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, WASA, etc.).
- Updating the factory complying with different standards imposed by Buyers such as BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT, SEDEX, QMS etc. or Buyers own COCs.
- Managing housekeeping and civil works or any maintenance in the factory.
- Maintaining coordination with safety, fire and security teams to ensure safety and security in the factory.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- PGDHRM will add additional value.
Work Experience:
- 8 to 10 year(s)

- Excellent leadership skill.
- Capable to handle critical situation.
- Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law.
