Roles & Responsibilities:
- Periodic (Weekly, Monthly) review of the sales performance outcome and devise effective action plan.
- Ensuring proper use of sales software system so that no lead is left unattended
- Weekly review of customer life cycle progression [Andrew Grove Chart] for each member and ensure implementation of action plans
- Review of proposed and existing inventory price with proper market intelligence report. Ensure periodic market intelligence report for each location.
- Embedding 6 core values in the team through continuous effective sessions. Motivating and providing Leadership to the team.
- Putting all focus on the Critical inventory and try to ensure that no project reaches critical stage
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

- At least 5 years experience in Real Estate company.
