Assistant Manger, Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Periodic (Weekly, Monthly) review of the sales performance outcome and devise effective action plan.
  • Ensuring proper use of sales software system so that no lead is left unattended
  • Weekly review of customer life cycle progression [Andrew Grove Chart] for each member and ensure implementation of action plans
  • Review of proposed and existing inventory price with proper market intelligence report. Ensure periodic market intelligence report for each location.
  • Embedding 6 core values in the team through continuous effective sessions. Motivating and providing Leadership to the team.
  • Putting all focus on the Critical inventory and try to ensure that no project reaches critical stage

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Marketing from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
  • At least 5 years experience in Real Estate company.
  • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.
