Executive/Sr. Executive - Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential global e-commerce/brand partners’ and on-board by negotiating all the necessary financial and legal terms for the company.
  • Update and follow up existing partners’ product, price and inventories.
  • Comparison of prices and products listing from other competitive websites.
  • Monitor sales, catalog, promotions, returns, refund, customer issues and update accounts, replacement process Etc.
  • Work according to Business objectives to reach overall business goals from set KPI’s.
  • Ensure great customer experience understanding customer’s purchasing behavior.
  • Ensure business operational tasks from generating orders to delivery of products at customer point.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist management in decision making to best of your knowledge to promote our company.
  • Maintain and record everyday tasks and databases in software.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA from any reputed University (Major in Marketing is Preferable)

Work Experience:

  • At most 3 year(s)
