Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential global e-commerce/brand partners’ and on-board by negotiating all the necessary financial and legal terms for the company.
- Update and follow up existing partners’ product, price and inventories.
- Comparison of prices and products listing from other competitive websites.
- Monitor sales, catalog, promotions, returns, refund, customer issues and update accounts, replacement process Etc.
- Work according to Business objectives to reach overall business goals from set KPI’s.
- Ensure great customer experience understanding customer’s purchasing behavior.
- Ensure business operational tasks from generating orders to delivery of products at customer point.
- Work with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist management in decision making to best of your knowledge to promote our company.
- Maintain and record everyday tasks and databases in software.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA from any reputed University (Major in Marketing is Preferable)
Work Experience:
- At most 3 year(s)
