Roles & Responsibilities:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
- Analyze and develop recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals
- Assess employees needs for training
- Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
- Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources
- Update training programs to ensure that they are current
- Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
- Leave and Attendance management of employees
- Handling Official correspondence
- ID Card,Mobile & Sim management
- Stationery item management
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management
Work Experience:
- 3 to 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Post-graduate diploma in Management will be preferred
