Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - HR & Administration

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
  • Analyze and develop recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals
  • Assess employees needs for training
  • Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
  • Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources
  • Update training programs to ensure that they are current
  • Oversee the creation of online learning modules and other educational materials for employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
  • Leave and Attendance management of employees
  • Handling Official correspondence
  • ID Card,Mobile & Sim management
  • Stationery item management

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 6 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Post-graduate diploma in Management will be preferred
