Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and Monitoring Settlement (BB/VISA/MasterCard/JCB) process and subsequent different accounts reconciliation.
  • Preparing various reports for internal and external parties (BB/VISA/MasterCard/JCB).
  • Customer Issuing Dispute handle.
  • Managing Credit Card account booking process.
  • Error checking and Risk monitoring.
  • Supervision archiving process & Communicate with business team to achieve volume targets.
  • Maintain relevant data and ability to prepare various reports as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline, preferably in business administration, from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent Knowledge about Microsoft Office.
  • Computer literacy and affluent to prepare presentation.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal relationship.
  • Analytical, leadership and decision making skills.
  • Good knowledge about VISA/MasterCard/NPSB payment schemes.
