Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly) of the whole country
- Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume
- Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market
- Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
- Prepare Competitors sales & activity report.
- Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members fpr existing and potential customers to increase the sales of LPG products.
- Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities.
- Build a strong relationship with the new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
- Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical). Candidates having MBA will get preference
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)

- Clear understanding about LPG Distribution business
- Must have good client relationship with industrial customer
- Good communication & Negotiation skill
- Leadership and Team Management skill
- Positive/diplomatic approach to critical situation handling
- Analytical thinking
- Strategic planning skill
- Excellent oral and written English language skills.
- Good hand in using computers, including experience with MS Office, especially advance Excel & power point.
