Nationwide Sales Manager (LPG)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target (Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly) of the whole country
  • Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume
  • Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market
  • Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
  • Prepare Competitors sales & activity report.
  • Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members fpr existing and potential customers to increase the sales of LPG products.
  • Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities.
  • Build a strong relationship with the new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
  • Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability.
  • Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc Engineering (Mechanical). Candidates having MBA will get preference

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Clear understanding about LPG Distribution business
  • Must have good client relationship with industrial customer
  • Good communication & Negotiation skill
  • Leadership and Team Management skill
  • Positive/diplomatic approach to critical situation handling
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strategic planning skill
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Good hand in using computers, including experience with MS Office, especially advance Excel & power point.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
