Roles & Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE proper understanding of market dynamics and customer needs of the enterprise IT products & services in Textile / Garment Industry.
- MUST HAVE proven sales experience in Garments ERP, HRMS.
- MUST HAVE excellent presentation and communication skill.
- Visit scheduled garments or other clients to demo the software products.
- Plan yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly based on sales target and execute those efficiently.
- Maintain full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure (which includes communicating via call/email etc. with prospects/clients, pitching for business, finding out the clients particular needs, writing & sending proposals to clients, materializing the sales).
- Should be willing to work under deadlines and targets.
- Should be able to write reports and proposals.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Should be from good universities
- Preferably in Marketing
Work Experience:
- At least 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales especially in the Garments industry
- Experience in software sales
- MUST have a strong desire and passion to learn and grow
- MUST HAVE "Growth Mindset" and "Can Do" attitude.
- Must be dedicated, proactive and hard working.
- Must have huge patience, and creativity.
- Must have commercial awareness, and a customer-oriented approach.
