Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes. Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
  • Combing various merchandising ideas to come up with more unique ones.
  • Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.
  • The candidate should be technically sound in shoe costing & manufacturing process.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
  • Exhibits product and working knowledge, check accurate consumption of all products and ensure timely approval and bulk booking within agreed deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate with buyer,factory management and planning for on time shipment.
  • Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
  • Contact, quote and sampling for new buyers for existing product range.
  • Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities.
  • Ability to organize the task to meet the deadline.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline
  • University Degree in Footwear technology will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a reputed footwear industry.
  • Possess high degree of correspondence skills & analytical ability.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
