Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Fund raising
  • Project implementation, program development, resource mobilization etc.
  • Preparation of project documents, proposals, concept papers, reports etc. for resource mobilization for new projects and also for documentation of the on-going projects
  • Facilitate the preparation of annual budgets for all SEID programs
  • Maintain regular contacts with the existing donor/partner organizations, and shall explore the possibilities of resource mobilization for entering into project partnership with new organizations/agencies
  • Maintain regular contacts with the relevant Government officials, Non-Governmental development organizations, relevant institutions and corporate sectors to safeguard and promote the objectives and interests of SEID
  • Respond promptly in any emergency situation related to SEID

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in Social Science/ Economics/ Development Studies/ Development Economics/ Sociology/ International Relationships.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related position
  • Demonstrable understanding of development sector, disability and human rights related issues
  • Ability and willingness to maintain on-going relationships with stakeholders
  • Must have writing competency in English
  • Ability to react to change in a productive and positive manner
