Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with development of comprehensive social media strategies for clients
- Writing and posting daily content for an array of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube)
- Tracking weekly and monthly performance, including critical community feedback and analytics to make optimizations to content and strategy based on results
- Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
- Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
- Demonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from clients stated business objectives and implementation of those plans
- Ensuring all content is on brand and consistent in style, quality, and tone across all client social properties
- Collaborating with peers to create, execute and integrate social media campaigns to support client goals and objectives.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, public relations, advertising or digital communications preferred.

Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a strategist in a creative agency or digital agency environment, engaged in social networks, digital media, online forums and blogging.
- Possesses understanding of Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across the biggies; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram.
- Have a flair for writing both in English and Bangla, but also deeply appreciate the nuances of brand authenticity and voice
- Skilled in creating social initiatives that meet brand objectives along with increasing web traffic, boosting sales, producing a return on investment and/or demonstrating measurable consumer awareness.
- An avid subject matter expert who is able to educate clients and internal teams on social trends, tools and programs.
- Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimization
- Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned projects under tight deadlines
