Roles & Responsibilities:
- The appointee shall be delegated with his earnest capacity and efforts to find out the appropriate customer segments (acs) of the home units, shop-lots and other real estate products released for sales and marketing by the company time to time.
- The appointee as a member of the team of a good-mannered and highly skilled sales personnels shall attend the prospective customers, buyers and visitors via phone, mobile, e-mail, fax and more expectedly physical visits of the office & sites, shall try his level best to motivate the prospects for sales confirmation, shall initiate the sales booking and shall mature the sales by signing the Sale Agreement with the customers efficiently. The appointee shall be responsible for the work-done of sales up to signing of Sale Agreement by the customers. After accomplishment of the deeds, the customers along with relevant documents shall be handed over to the responsible department of the company.
- The appointee shall be responsible for ensuring the targeted monthly net collection (mnc) from fresh (new) sales of home units of the company.
- The appointee shall be agreeable to undertake that if he or she fails to achieve the monthly net collection (mnc) without any failure from companys side or force measures, then he/she shall be liable to accept a compensatory forfeiture from his/her incentive/benefit account calculated upon the short-fall of the mnc. If he/she fails to achieve the mnc in successive 3 (Three) months without any failure from companys side or force measures, then he/she shall be liable to accept resignation from the post.
- The appointee shall design, plan, formulate and execute the selling strategies, sales guidelines, potential customer generation and database, Corporate selling strategies, daily sales call report, monthly sales call report, customer feedback report daily and monthly, customer assistance, assistance for site visit if customer insists, product pricing policy based on company pricing policy, sales kit developing, new product development and all the other necessary activities that required for new sales. The appointee shall be engaged by himself/herself to plan, organize and execute all sorts of activities and presentations for selling of homes units.
- The appointee shall delegate by his/her Team Leader for new sales in the most efficient and impartial ways time to time in a regular basis with daily activity schedule. Also the appointee shall formulate a weekly activity status based on weekly progress.
- The appointee shall be delegated with his earnest capacity and efforts to inspire, mobilize and engage the teams appointed under this department to search out the Appropriate Customer Segments (ACS) of the home units and other real estate products released for sales and marketing by the different concerns of this group time to time and shall guide, supervise and deploy the teams to approach those customers and prospects decently.
- The appointee as Executive/Sr. Executive/Manager of the department shall be responsible to search out, select and engage dynamic and capable team leaders along with good-mannered and highly skilled sales personnel to attend, motivate and convince the prospective customers, buyers and visitors via phone, mobile, e-mail, fax and more expectedly physical visits of the office & sites, to try their level best to motivate the prospects for sales confirmation, to initiate the sales booking and to mature the sales by signing the Sale Agreement with the customers efficiently. The appointee shall be responsible for the work accomplishment of his/her team members up to signing of Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and other related sales documents by the customers. After accomplishment of the SPA deed and other documents signing, the customers along with other relevant sales documents shall be handed over to the Collection & Realization Department (CRD) under Sales & Marketing Division of the company.
- The appointee shall be responsible to engage his/her teams to design, plan, formulate and execute the sales strategies and guidelines, handling of potential customers database, developing Corporate sales strategies, compiling daily & monthly sales call reports, preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for site visits if required, prepare, process and submit product pricing strategies and company pricing policy, sales tools development, new product feasibility study and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department. The appointee shall be required to engage his/her team members alongside his/her sincere efforts and capacities to plan, organize and execute all sorts of sales and marketing activities in the home and abroad with the highest precision and in the world-class standard (International standard).
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- At least 8 years practical experience as Marketing, Sales in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Sales, Marketing, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing

- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Capability of working under short deadline and heavy workload.
- Should have Strong Analytical Skill.
- Should have good knowledge on Sales & Reservation Management of Real Estate .
- Good understanding of people/ customer.
- Capacity for strong leadership and teamwork.
- Good Reporting skill (monthly/ fortnightly/ weekly) to the top management
