Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the full establishment of Customer Services Department and implementing Customer Service strategy across the business.
- Ensuring effective customer service operations and align the departments activities to the companys objective.
- Ensuring accurate processing of all customer inquiries and complaints are handled satisfactorily and they are resolved and closed properly within agreed timescale.
- Ensuring adequate and trained staffing of the Customer Services Department to deliver an efficient service to all the concerns of Akij Group.
- Promoting actively and managing the process of continuous improvement in customer service standards within voice or non-voice medium of service.
- Building sustaining relationships with all customers, identifying areas to improve operational delivery mutually and anticipating and resolving issues.
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team, and making sure that the staff are fully motivated to achieve the best performance to meet the stakeholders needs through communication, development work and performance appraisal and management.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
