  • MBA/ Masters in Human Resources Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; from a recognized university having no 3rd Class/Division in the academic career.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Prepare necessary ground work for recruitment, preparation of recruitment Plan, publish job advertisement, shortlist of CV.
    • To coordinate interview.
    • Issuance of Appointment Letter to the selected candidates and complete joining process.
    • Maintain Employees Leave and leave register.
    • Maintain Employees personal Files.
    • Prepare Employees Training Plan and assist to conduct Employees Training.
    • Process the employee resignation as per company policy.
    • Maintain the employees database.
    • Monitor employees daily & timely attendance.
    • To work on disciplinary actions.
    • Any other activities as and when assigned by the Management.
