Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- MBA/ Masters in Human Resources Management with a minimum CGPA of 3.00; from a recognized university having no 3rd Class/Division in the academic career.
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): <
- Prepare necessary ground work for recruitment, preparation of recruitment Plan, publish job advertisement, shortlist of CV.
- To coordinate interview.
- Issuance of Appointment Letter to the selected candidates and complete joining process.
- Maintain Employees Leave and leave register.
- Maintain Employees personal Files.
- Prepare Employees Training Plan and assist to conduct Employees Training.
- Process the employee resignation as per company policy.
- Maintain the employees database.
- Monitor employees daily & timely attendance.
- To work on disciplinary actions.
- Any other activities as and when assigned by the Management.
