Procurement Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for organizes and manages the procurement process for the project.
  • Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
  • Interface with other departments and vendors for all matters related to the procurement of Project materials, equipment’s and services scope.
  • Develop in conjunction with Project Procurement Managers/Coordinators the Project Procurement Plan and Execution Strategy.
  • Handle and manage Project RFQ’s, commercial evaluations.
  • Provide procurement support when necessary and participate in price evaluations.
  • Provide support to project cost controls in procurement-related activities, bid versus buy analysis and the preparation of cash flow plans for project purchases orders.
  • Provide project procurement reports as necessary and undertake tasks, activities, and assignments at the direction of the Project manager and Construction Manager.
  • Ensure procurement processes are monitoring and evaluate properly.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
  • Skills Required: Cost & Management Accounting,Purchase/ Procurement,Supply Chain

Work Experience:

  • At least 12 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Total work experience at least 12 years (Compulsory).
  • Experience in Construction/Engineering field at least 8 years (Compulsory).
  • Must have experience of working in at least three (03) Building construction projects (Compulsory).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills (In English)
  • Experience of working in a foreign company (Japanese) will get preference.
