Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain all books of accounts as per BASA and donors financial guideline and updated on regularly.
- Maintain project accounts and accomplish administrative functions in accordance with rules and procedures of the organization and donors requirement
- Maintain all related files, registers, documents, bill-vendors staff personal files and other papers/documents
- Follow the all financial, HR, Procurement and other guideline of BASA AND DONOR
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information including VAT and TAX
- Ensure VAT & Income Tax deduction at source as per Bangladesh Govt. Rules and deposited to Govt. Treasury on timely.
- Prepare monthly financial reports as per donor requirement and submit to donor on timely.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports as per requirement.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
- Prepare bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis by comparing the financial transactions.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisors and management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor pass with Commerce/Business Studies.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Practical Knowledge and Experience of working with Donor Funded Development Project.
- Who have working experience on micro finance management not need to apply.
- Masters degree and no experience need not to apply.
- Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentially requirement
- Practical working experience on using Excel and financial reporting to donor using Microsoft Excel.
- If any experience is using accounting software of Tally or QuickBooks it will be advantage to employment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to Prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements
- Attention to detail and good record keeping skills a must
