Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
- Receive and respond to incoming emails, phone and live chat queries in a professional and timely manner
- Update all kinds of customer affairs, product quality and handle customer complaint;
- Communicate all project over the phone Periodical
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way;
- Make prospect clients database.
- Working closely with sales department with customer complaint and customer satisfaction for better interest of the company.
- Generate Reports of activity in daily/weekly/monthly formats for submission as directed
- Any other responsibilities/tasks as set by Company Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- O Level/ A Level/ Good Score In IELTS will be preferred
- Skills Required: Telecommunication Service
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively both in English and Bangla in positive or negative situations.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
- Knowledge on CRM Software
- Professional experience in Real Estate Companies will be preferred.
