Customer Care Executive (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call center agents will be responsible to communicate with customers on a day to day basis to make sales, solve customers problems related to sales post on a market linkage platform.
  • Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent
  • Gauge sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Provide information about products and services to the customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries.
  • Call to the customer for monthly charge and make report daily basis.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Customer Service,IT Support Service,Telecommunication Service

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Must have fluent English.
  • Must have knowledge in Technologies & decent in speaking English.
