Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call center agents will be responsible to communicate with customers on a day to day basis to make sales, solve customers problems related to sales post on a market linkage platform.
- Communicate customers regularly in appropriate accent
- Gauge sense of responsibility and achieve the daily target
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Receives customer messages and deliver the same to the departments.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide information about products and services to the customers.
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Call to the customer for monthly charge and make report daily basis.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Customer Service,IT Support Service,Telecommunication Service
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
