Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop BI Treasury policy, forecast and manage all aspects of cash flow.
- Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios.
- Establish effective working relationship with Banks and other Financial Institutions
- Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies
- Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
- Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimise efficiencies
- Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
- Identify operations and system improvement areas for the BI finance function and manage change implementation process.
- Providing guidelines to the subsidiaries and train country head of finances on treasury management and build an cross broader small treasury management team
- To accomplish any other duties as delegated by supervisors.
- Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Educational Qualification:
- At least Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting or any other business subject from an accredited university.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments;
- General knowledge of IFRS/ GAAP reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments;
- Advanced analytical, organisation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong interpersonal/ communication skills;
- Ability to manage teams, review, recommend and implement process Improvements Entrepreneurial and proactive
- Possess professional attitude and diligence and able to work independently as well as work in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to often travel to BRAC International countries
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in managing treasury function in an FMCG or international organisation
