Executive (Training & Development)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in association with managers.
  • Develop of Training modules/materials.
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Employees Orientation given.
  • Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
  • Prepare training schedule and budget for the Year.
  • Report to Head of HR in preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP.
  • Well conversant with 5s, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean management.
  • Keep systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, logistics, and expenditure and meeting minutes.
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Conduct Training of the Trainer (TOT) and facilitates other trainings.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university
  • Highly Training experience will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)
