Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing Training Needs Assessment (TNA) in association with managers.
- Develop of Training modules/materials.
- Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- Employees Orientation given.
- Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
- Prepare training schedule and budget for the Year.
- Report to Head of HR in preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP.
- Well conversant with 5s, 6 Sigma, Kaizen and Lean management.
- Keep systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, logistics, and expenditure and meeting minutes.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Conduct Training of the Trainer (TOT) and facilitates other trainings.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university
- Highly Training experience will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 year(s)
