Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking strategic analysis
- Producing long-term business plans
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Liaison with NBR, MRA,RJS C , NGO Affairs Bureau, other Govt. departments
- Supervising staff, liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
- Correspondence with donors/ partners
- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ MBS/ MBA from any recognize University
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Experience should be more than 5 years and two year relevant experience as supervisors in similar industry.
- Ability to work independently
- Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English
