Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and assist teams sales targets set by the management as per ABP.
- Assist line manager in Sales Planning & Negotiation with the customer(s).
- Responsible to search for new market and develop new customer base.
- Prepare and assist the team for making offer for sales to the corporate and industrial project(s).
- Assist to formulate execution plan and completion of its sales cycle as per agreement with the customer(s).
- Responsible to ensure the payment collection in timely from the customer(s).
- Maintain positive customer relations, both current and potential, and visit all customers within a week cycle.
- Work closely with cross functional team members for the overall business growth and sustainability through revenue generation, profit maximization and gaining market share.
- Keep RA profile high & derive customer satisfaction and confidence in RA.
- Any other task assigned by RESL Management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Work Experience:
- 4 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The job holder requires demonstrating strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, leadership and people management skill, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action
