Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet annual, monthly and weekly sales target according to ABP.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal relationship with potential and actual customers.
- Assist line manager to Sales Planning & Negotiation with the customers.
- Assist line manager to determine and manage the marketing budget.
- Responsible to ensure the payment collection in timely from the customer(s).
- Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects lube oil sales in industrial & corporate segments.
- Search & develop new industry, corporate and customer(s).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, supply-chain, and key decision makers.
- Keep RA profile high & derive customer satisfaction & confidence in RA.
- Prepare and assist the team for making lubricants price offer, assure on lead time delivery to the customers.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager/RESL Management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)

- Age 25 to 32 years
- The job holder requires demonstrating strong solid knowledge of sales techniques and principles, analytical ability, communication, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, leadership and people management skill, interpersonal abilities, ability to work under stress and team playing mentality with practical action. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods. Creative and commercially aware. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must for the position offered
