Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Masters in HR.
  • Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

Work Experience:

  • 4 to 5 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee/workforce
  • To take key role in HR recruitment process
  • To develop & implement appraisal policy
  • Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance
  • Audit & Security System Audit
  • Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
  • Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection
  • To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem
  • And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
