Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of customer-related information in line with credit risk policy of the company and assess if all credit exposures are covered and mapped.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of the customers from qualitative and financial positions.
  • Ensure credit protection of the company is fully complied.
  • Planning, designing and implementing sales credit risk strategy, credit recovery and credit risk mitigation strategy of the company.
  • Liaison with internal audit department and use audit reports to discover credit risk deficiencies to improve upon credit risk strategy of the company.
  • Negotiate payment programs with delinquent customers.
  • Maintain accurate credit records, credit recovery records and reconcile the field records and report variance analytics for management actions.
  • Explore if there are any further possibilities of ensure credit protection.
  • Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and external factors, and evaluating the organizations previous handling of risks.
  • Conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal auditors.
  • Providing support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, AgroEconomics and closely related subjects.

Work Experience:

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age at most 40 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • Good analytical skill and problem solving skill.
    • Good communication, report writing skill, hardworking and team player.
    • Working knowledge of principles and practices of risk management, auditing, credit analysis and closely related functions.
    • Preference will be given to those having experience in management and analysis of farm credits.
