Roles & Responsibilities:
- Looking after day-to-day operations & activities of the Branch
- Planning, prioritization & fixation of business target and achievement.
- Monitoring & review of business target & achievement and ensuring maximization of profit & income.
- To assess the merit of investment applications in terms of profitability, cash-flows, transactional transparency and previous credit records of the client, etc.
- To guide team members to develop and achieve business targets including core deposits and investment.
- To ensure compliance issues with due diligence and
- To maintain rules & regulations of the Company as well as regulatory bodies.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/ MBM/ Masters Degree in any discipline from a reputed public/ private university with good academic records.
- No Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/ CGPA in the Academic records is allowed.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Bank/ NBFI along with at least 2 years managerial experience of branch banking.
- Candidate with job experience as MTO in bank/ NBFI will be preferred.
- Career oriented, industrious, sincere with good manner & etiquette
- Knowledge about financial reporting, ratio analysis and other financial performance indicators
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks including monitoring, supervision & controlling of Branch
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good leadership skills.
