Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager - Business Development (Digital Marketing Agency)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Making a significant contribution to the agencys bottom line. (Increase in profit).
  • Develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline.
  • Develop case studies and other professionally created sales collateral.
  • Creating a detailed approach that is updated regularly and shared with management.
  • Outbound prospecting via email, phone and face to face meetings.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the agency, in terms of positioning in the market.
  • Participate in account brainstorming and media strategy development.
  • Build and maintain detailed knowledge of the sectors our clients/prospects work in.
  • Create links and develop effective working relationships with appropriate 3rd parties.
  • Attend networking events/seminars to maximize awareness of the navigate brand.
  • Working alongside the key account manager to identify opportunities with current clients.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth of integration campaigns.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Media communication, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Analytical Skill, client handling, Client hunting, Pitch Giving, PRESENTATION SKILLS, Working under pressure

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Both males and females are allowed to apply
    • A passion for and thorough understanding of the digital media marketplace, specifically in the areas of social media marketing, PPC, affiliate marketing and display advertising.
    • Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills.
    • A high level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail.
    • Must have the ability to multi task and work under pressure.
    • Must have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
    • Must have the ability to prepare power point presentation and pitch
    • Well presented & trustworthy.
    • Confident with a relaxed, yet persuasive manner and able to build a rapport quickly.
    • Track record of success in business development and sales in a digital marketing agency.
