Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyers COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, Amendment Act-2013 and other required laws applicable in the RMG sector.
  • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
  • To ensure the implementation of the following compliance policies.
  • To give CAP on audit observation
  • Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
  • To follow up & to ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
  • Maintain environmental sustainability for organization throughout all the activities & work procedures.
  • Training related to Health & Safety, Environment, Fire Fighting, Fire Drill, and FAD Training, SOP, and other training related to Social and Technical Compliance
  • And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA (HRM)/ Master degree in any discipline/ L.L.B/L.L.M with PGDHRM/PGDPM from a reputed institute.
  • Diploma in Social Compliance will be an added advantage.

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

    • Age 30 to 35 years
    • Only males are allowed to apply
    • Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
    • Must have good presence and leadership ability..
    • Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
    • Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
    • Willingness to visit factories frequently as and when required.
    • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
