Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be willing & able to develop new Customers/ Buyers independently.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Merchandising Department.
- Able to manage entire process from Pre-Production to Shipment.
- Negotiating pricing terms with buyers and formulating new merchandising ideas.
- Developing financial plan and managing to order quantity targets.
- Manage current and develop new buyer relationships to meet business demands and keep us yet competitive.
- Develop improvement plans, produce monthly reports to and research product implementation.
- Assist in pricing, budgeting and creating profit and loss statement.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / Masters in any Discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Must be participation team leader.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent presentation skills in English for both large and small audiences.
- Strong understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability.
- Expected to have ample experience in Woven Bottom Marketing.
- Must possess vast knowledge in Production & Quality of Woven Products.
